5 Ways to Make Everyday Better

1. Smile Always
This one gets credited to my beautiful wife. She lives her life by it. If you smile always, then you always have a reason to smile. Smiling is contagious. “When you smile, the whole world smiles with you.” – Louis Armstrong

2. Focus on Your Dream
Wake up each morning and instead of focusing on how tired you are, how much work you have to do, or what you didn’t get done yesterday, focus on the things you can do to get closer to your dream.

3. Realize the Positives
We tend to focus on the negatives in life. It’s not hard to see why; 90% of news stories are about  crime or tragedies. Instead of sticking with the norm try waking up and remembering all the positive things in life. You’re alive, for starters.

4. Make Someone Smile 
As I said; smiling is contagious. It works both ways. I challenge you to take the opportunity to brighten someone else’s day and make them smile. I dare you to do so and not smile yourself.

5. Celebrate All Wins
It’s a rough world and sometimes we lose. Because of this, it’s important to give yourself credit when it’s due. Celebrate all wins, even the little ones. Set some easily attainable goals for yourself and let yourself feel good about checking them off the list.
